Kristen has a proven track record of hiring top talent and cultivating confidence and leadership skills in women in global corporations. Along with being the host of Amplify Ambition podcast, she is a traveling sports mom of two and has been featured in Thrive Global, Yahoo Business, and Authority Magazine.

Kristen Edwards shifts perspectives on confidence, communication, and success. She is the founder of Ambitious Insights Co, a personal and professional development company for women, the host of Amplify Ambition podcast, and a sought-after Speaker, Strategist, and Coach.

Being a natural problem solver, Kristen embarked on a career in talent operations after earning a BA in organizational communication and MS in applied psychology. While navigating her own leadership journey, she developed skills and abilities that allowed for creativity, impact, and fulfillment.

In 2015, Kristen started her first side business helping DIY brides coordinate their wedding day. Over the years, she added personal development coaching seeing the common denominator to what every woman secretly needed. In just a few short years, she started helping other service-based entrepreneurs to gain clarity and connect their zones of genius with action to have consistent sales.

Connecting her corporate skills to the entrepreneurial world, she leads engaging presentations and workshops that have now been heard across the globe as she teaches people to develop a plan of action to create their best life.

To top it off, she went from being obsessed with personality quizzes to becoming an Enneagram expert. Add in the planning enthusiast.. and she delivers to her audience the time, energy, and guidance to successfully implement each area when they utilize the Unlock Method to get from DREAM to DONE.

Outside of work, you can find Kristen volunteering at her local church or being a traveling sports mom for her two children.
