Meet Kristen Edwards

While launching my first business in 2015, I worked in Talent Operations at industry-leading companies. Long before a formal coaching certification, I trained student leaders, young professionals, and emerging managers. This passion was sparked during college when I switched to an Organizational Communication major and eventually earned a Master's in Applied Psychology. 

Combining my corporate experience and qualifications, I learned to own my weirdness and reclaim it as wonderful. This truth become a pillar of the RISE framework, which I use with coaching and consulting clients as they develop confident leadership abilities.

Authenticity is the secret to success in both life and business. Working in male-dominated industries, I became extremely passionate about the representation of women in leadership. I believe you can build a profitable and sustainable business without the copy-and-paste tactics. I am committed to making room for more under-represented people on my way to the top. 

My podcast, Amplify Ambition, is heard by women in more than 20 countries and is a great way for you to understand my outlook and consulting philosophy.

Despite what you may see on my resume or through social media, I’m an introvert who listens to audiobooks and belts out Broadway songs in my basement. You can find me in the Northeast with my two children.
